Thank you for conducting my mother's funeral so thoughtfully and for taking the time to really reflect the person that she was.

From the moment you arrived at the house your lovely manner put everyone at ease and your patience with us as we struggled to find the exact right words to convey our thoughts and wishes for a long and varied life was never-ending. Your gentleness and extra special kindness in helping the great grandchildren to participate on the day made our final goodbye that little bit easier and left us with beautiful lasting memories.
